1. General Provisions

These Terms govern distance sales of Roto roof window blinds via RoluxShop.com (EU only). By ordering you confirm: age 18+, acceptance of Terms, prices/shipping agreement, data processing consent for fulfillment (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).

MTO Products: All Roto blinds custom-made per window code — excluded from 14-day withdrawal (EU Consumer Rights Directive Art. 16(l)).

2. Order Process

  • Add items to cart → Review → Enter details → Verify summary → Place Order confirmation.
  • Edit data freely before final confirmation. Contract forms on email acceptance notice.
  • 24/7 orders; processing next business day post-payment. Suspicious orders may be verified/cancelled.
  • Minor colour variations (screen vs fabric) acceptable — not defects.

3. Prices & Payments

  • Gross prices (VAT included). EU VAT firms: VAT ID pre-order = 0% VAT + invoice.
  • Promotions reference lowest price last 30 days (EU Omnibus Directive).

4. Delivery

  • Roto custom: 9-10 working days. Multi-items: longest lead time applies.
  • Inspect before signing. Damage? Courier protocol → photos → email us immediately.
  • Incorrect address risk: delays/redelivery fees yours. Tracking post-dispatch.

5. Returns (14-Day Right of Withdrawal)

  • You have a 14-day right to withdraw from the contract for stock products only (products available from warehouse).
  • Excluded from return: All Roto blinds are custom-made according to your roof window code. These products are excluded from the 14-day withdrawal right according to Article 38(3) of the Consumer Rights Act.
  • How to return stock products:
    - Send notification to: roto@roluxshop.com
    - Return product in unused condition with original packaging
    - You pay return shipping costs to: Arttel, ul. Gajowicka 95/112, 53-421 Wrocław, Poland
  • Refund: Full refund including original shipping cost (using the lowest shipping rate offered) within 14 days from when we receive the returned product or proof of shipment.
  • We may delay refund until we receive the product or proof you sent it.

6. Warranty & Claims

  • 2-year Roto manufacturer's warranty + 2-year statutory (Polish Civil Code).
  • Defects: email order#, window code, photos. Priority: repair → replacement → refund.
  • Transport damage requires courier protocol. Valid claims = free return/repair.
  • Response per legal deadlines.

7. Privacy (GDPR)

  • Controller: Arttel. Order data processed (Art. 6(1)(b)), stored 5 years (accounting).
  • No marketing without consent. Shared: carriers/payments only. No profiling.
  • Rights (access/rectify/erase/object): email request. Full policy on site.

8. Final Provisions

  • Governed by Polish law (EU consumers retain mandatory home protections).
  • Disputes: EU ODR or local mediation.
  • Changes: 7+ days notice (site/email). Invalid clauses auto-replaced by law.
  • Trademarks: Roto Frank AG property — informational use only.
