Complaints Procedure
- Email roto@roluxshop.com with order number, invoice, photos, defect description.
- Your rights: Repair → Replacement → Price reduction → Full refund.
- Free pickup (DPD/GLS) for accepted complaints. Response within 14 days.
Returns (14-Day Right)
- Stock products only: 14 days from receipt, unused condition. You pay return shipping.
- Excluded: All Roto blinds (custom-made by Roto Frank).
- Refund within 14 days of receipt (incl. original shipping, lowest rate).
NOTE: Roto = non-returnable custom products!
