Complaints and returns

Complaints Procedure

  • Email roto@roluxshop.com with order number, invoice, photos, defect description.
  • Your rights: Repair → Replacement → Price reduction → Full refund.
  • Free pickup (DPD/GLS) for accepted complaints. Response within 14 days.

Returns (14-Day Right)

  • Stock products only: 14 days from receipt, unused condition. You pay return shipping.
  • Excluded: All Roto blinds (custom-made by Roto Frank).
  • Refund within 14 days of receipt (incl. original shipping, lowest rate).

NOTE: Roto = non-returnable custom products!
