We ship Roto blinds using reliable carriers: DPD and GLS. Your order must be paid before processing – pay securely with credit card or PayPal.
Delivery cost
Flat delivery cost: €19 gross to all European Union countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.
Delivery period
Check expected delivery time below each product price. Roto blinds arrive in 9-10 working days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).
Absence of recipient at home
If you're not home, the courier leaves a notification with the next delivery date and contact number. On the second attempt, you'll get pickup details. You have one week to collect it before it's returned to us. Delays are rare and beyond our control.
Damage to the package during transport
If you suspect damage, inspect the package with the courier upon delivery. If visible damage suggests contents are affected, refuse it and note "package damaged" on the delivery document. Then contact us: roto@roluxshop.com. Without this note, we can't process damage claims.
