Delivery

For transportation of the Roto blinds, we use only the services of well-known shipping companies: UPS, DPD, GLS and TNT. Remember, your order needs to be paid to be executed - you can pay for your shopping by your credit card/PayPal.

Delivery cost

Delivery cost is €19,00 gross. We are shipping to all European Union countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom.

Shipping cost to all countries of the European Union is the same.

Delivery period

On the page of each product, below its price, there’s information about the expected time of delivery. Roto blinds arrive after 9-10 working days. Working days include days from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

Absence of recipient at home

In the case of absence of recipient upon courier’s arrival, then usually a notification is left containing the date of next delivery and courier’s contact phone number. If the recipient is also absent during courier’s second visit, then the courier will leave another message containing address, where the recipient will be able to collect the package in person. The recipient has a week to do so, before the package is sent back to us. Sometimes it may also happen that the courier is delayed and the package could be late. It’s not our fault, but fortunately this does not happen often.

Damage to the package during transport

In the case when there’s a suspicion that the package has been damaged, please check the package in the presence of the courier upon delivery. If the packaging includes visible damages, which could suggest the destruction of content, please do not accept such package. In the case like that, please indicate on the delivery document that the package seems to be damaged, and then contact us via e-mail roto@roluxshop.com. If such damage will not be indicated on the delivery document, then we won’t be able to accept complaint in regard to damaged content of the package.

Personal collection

Personal collection is possible only after making prior e-mail appointment regarding the time of the personal collection. Place of collection: ul. Gajowicka 95, pokoj 112, 53-421 Wroclaw, Poland.
